  11. signed by Alis Software executive your use of this software indicates

  16. One registered copy of Screenario may either be used by a single person
  17. who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed
  18. on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but
  19. not both.

  23. This agreement shall be governed by the U.S. and international laws.

  25. Disclaimer of Warranty

  27. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
  28. WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
  29. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and
  30. software environments into which Screenario may be put, NO WARRANTY OF
  31. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  41. Evaluation and Registration

  43. This is not a free software. You are hereby licensed to use this
  44. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14
  45. days. If you use this software after the 14 day evaluation period a
  46. registration fee of $14.99 is required.  See the file ORDER.TXT for
  47. ordering information and payment instructions.  Credit card ordering
  48. and quantity discounts are available, as described in the section
  49. Ordering Information/Order Form.  When payment is made you will be
  50. given your registration code to register your copy of Screenario.

  52. Unregistered use of Screenario after the 14-day evaluation period is
  53. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  58. Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware
  59. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact

  62. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.
